Returns & Exchanges
At Private White V.C., we take pride in our handcrafted quality, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt. All garments must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all luxury tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the items in their original garment bags and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit back to our Manchester factory.
Label and Dispatch
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master tailors have inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 working days.
